Hi Ahas,

Thank you. It's a Canon EOS 20D with a zoom lens ;)

Brilliant pictures! The enclosures look great. What was in the display with the little wooden boat? A Crock? :}

Hi,

@ Gold Skulltula: No ;) There are no crocks in this area of the zoo. Actually it's a special hall witch is a imitation of the Masoala Rainforest. If you are interested in it, have a look HERE!

@ DavidBeard: I used the CANON EF 55-200mm F/4.5-5.6 II USM. But now i bought the CANON EF 70-300mm F/4.5-5.6 DO IS USM to be closer to the object.

@ all: Thanks for the compliments ;)

Regards

I see all these threads about the zoos in other towns/countries and wonder if the OP has a great camera and a good eye for a shot or if the zoos around me are just crap. Either way these pix are AMAZING! This includes the butt grooming pic too...

Thanks loads for sharing. Your shots are great and you have inspired me to take pics at my local "Out of Africa' Animal Park when I go. Will share them.

pictures are amazing! The zoo also looks quite nice, the "enclosures" seem naturalistic from what we can see
