Are these spiders dangerous? I find them in my house at least once a week, and was wondering what they eat, and how big a full grown and well fed specimen can get.

My sister gets them in her room alot so she always calls me to get them out for her, I catch them in a cup and let them go outside.

You are most likely getting Clubionidae in your house, a family that is almost 100% similar to Miturgidae, and common in your area. In fact, I don't really think the two families should be serperate at all. The yellow sac is a little smaller than many Clubionidae, with a max size smaller than a nickel. Their bite is the worst of this area (except for stray Loxoceles and perhaps rarely a Latrodectus). Usually it is a red swollen sometimes slightly necrotic bite, but some people have more severe reactions.

Yellow Sac spiders are extremely common in apartment buildings around here, but bites are rare.
