If you are talking about this, this looks like sap.
Gonna need a better photo
Reduce moisture and increase ventilation
Most molds are organic detrivores and are of no harm to your T.
If you want to redo the enclosure, remove the T to a safe temporary container and then mix in DRY substrate and churn it until it feels damp but does not drip water when you squeeze it in your fist.
You can sundry the log if you want, or bake it in the oven.
Just add more ventilation or keep your tank drier. Definitely looks like mold.Thank you I appreciate your input and advice.
I had a hide like that mold also I’m waiting on my cage to dry to put it back in. How big is your curly hair? Mine are 2-4”I'll be making ventilation holes tomorrow on the sides of her enclosure. I don't mist I just over fill her water dish every other day. So her substrate is too wet I think I'll let it dry out a little before I overflow her dish again. Thank you all!
She's a little over 5 inches. She just molted a little over a week ago. I'm worried about cracking the acrylic when I drill into her enclosure so wish me luck! HahaI had a hide like that mold also I’m waiting on my cage to dry to put it back in. How big is your curly hair? Mine are 2-4”
Yeah I used to have those also sadly bad molts on both rip. I need to buy them again when I find a job. Even if I gotta sneak them inside. She's a little over 5 inches.
