ok 2 questions
one, do t's eat all their food or leave behind a carcass without any fluids like most spiders?
two, i have a 3/4 inch B. Smithi when will start seeing coloring in him/her?

Depends on what you feed. An adult roach will make for a nice bolus, but you won't see leftovers from a pinhead cricket.

At that size you will begin to see colors within the next molt or two.

Yup, T's leave behind what is called "bolus," the remains of the prey item. It should be taken out of the enclosure to prevent molding. For the second question, you should start seeing color around 1.5"

thanks for the input... i only had my smithi a couple days and today b4 work i put a pinhead in and now i can't find it anymore so i was just wondering
