Would this hurt my T?

hello! I have a huge intress in WWII and my friend is making me a replica of a early tiger 1 tank. I was thinking it would make a great decoration item for my T's enclosure. The only thing is, if I were to put it in there, could it hurt her?

Its a replica so it doesn't move and is small enough to put in the tank. I am pretty sure its made of plastic and he plans on painting with acrylic paints. Should I be worried about her trying to get on the barrel and falling of?

I would like to put it in the enclosure I plan to use for my veriscolor when its big enough for a tank. (I get a sling soon)

I am still some what new to the hobby, so thats why I ask this. Please give me your thoughts.

Thank you!

i would THINK it would be ok.. plastics and acrylic paints are in a ton of enclosures out there with no problem.. glues wont be a problem (id imagine) once the fumes are all gone.

Yay! I wouldn't think glue and paint would not bug them. because some people you super glue to mend cracks in their abdomens.

But should I be worried about the barrel of the replic tank?

no.. as long as the t cant get INSIDE the model and get stuck it should be fine.
You said you want it in an enclosure for an Avic you plan on getting right? They are arboreal and are built different than terrestrials. They take a fall a LOT better than a heavy bodied , bulky terrestral.
Your future avic will likely web the tank up anyways lol (depending on sp)

no, its a closed hach model. it can't get it. But yeah, a versicolor. I hope it coats that tank in webs! It would be awesome!

Nice tank, I make airplanes myself. I don't think that it'll be bad for the spider, grayzone pretty much said anything I had in mind :) It's a very nice idea to have the tank webbed in as well, I think it will do it, my A. versicolor webbed pretty much everything. Amazing how it's actually a huge and complex maze, it's fun to figure out where everything goes :p

honestly, itd probably work BETTER for the rosie. Avics will usually (and almost always) be up in a corner somewhere in their tube web or hammock.. a rosie would be more fun to watch climbing over the tank lol..
I would just make sure there isnt a fall risk onto the tank so maybe make the distance between the tank and the lid minimal

That is cute! And I'm with everybody else in that it's gonna be surreal when she webs it up! :D
Also while I'll readily admit I don't know Ts very well, it looks like she isn't short on space?
