While you may get pointers in the right direction, this is a good way to needlessly endanger animals. You need to get the facts from the regulating agencies and keep a pen and paper handy. Get the government laws and or regulation numbers. Get the name of the person(s) in authority you contact if possible, and find out exactly what paperwork may be required and how it should be handled.
The possible alternative of the animals being exterminated due to some regulation you failed to follow, some copy of some permit or whatever not being enclosed etc etc, is very real.
A few days ago a dozen snakes were quarantined in Malaysia and killed by port authorities because a copy of a certain paper was not attached in the correct manner to the shipping container.
