Worried about Rose Hair’s Health

My Rose Hair Has a lump on their abdomen and I don’t know what to do about it. I’ve had him for about 6 years now after buying him at full size at Petco. I actually haven’t picked him up until today which is when I noticed the lump on the right side. Does he look overall healthy or are there other problems as well? Any help would be appreciated.

Is it still eating?

All you can do is wait and hope it moults successfully, and the lump disappears.
