My parents got new coco fiber

Why was new coco-fibre needed? There is no need to change substrate for tarantulas. Have had a T on the same substrate for 5-6 odd years, no problem.

As previously stated, it is a result of too much moisture in opposition to little ventilation. Even if the coco-fibre had been brought the mold spores only such conditions would cause it to fruit. Add more ventilation...

Also the cage I have is a nano tall

And it took me a while to finally convince my parents to get me a T but they gave me a few rules with it
1. Never handle it
2. I can’t change the substrate when there not looking

My friend did something so cute with plexiglass for his avic
He drilled holes to makw the shape of a tarantula and put the plexiglass in
It was so cute

And sorry if I get blamey and mad

Don’t worry, lots of people less familiar with the forums aren’t used to the ways most ‘old timers’ dish out advice(straight to fact) and take it as offensive. Most have been there, I’m glad you’ve found this site, utilise it and don’t take anything personally.

Hey guys I know it been like forever since I came back I’ve been having login problems with arachnoboards and it isn’t fixed yet but came to say hi
Also my Avicularia have been doing fantastic webbed up quite a bit and sadly became a MM
