pretty sure this is a wolf spider. was catchin crawdads under a bridge in a small creek one night & found this giant. all i had to was my cell phone for a picture, but it was a beautiful spider. its sitting on a concrete crossmember that ran perpendicular with the road that are about (they are 24"). id say it was every bit of 5", i know its the biggest one ive ever found.
this guy (brown water snake) was sitting down below the spider sleeping just above the water.
