Don't want to get anyone worried. I don't have any Ts with leaks or ruptures..thank goodness. But after reading many posts with owners in a panic of what to do...me included in the past... just made me think of something. Many owners keep old molts and I was wondering if it would be possible to use peices of these old molts as "patches" for a known rupture. You'd still need super glue and such, but I thought it would make a useful patch. Even if you had to rehydrate the skin slightly you could cut a peice and super glue it in place to cover the rupture without glopping on super glue directly on the rupture. Just a thought.

unadvisable old molt is dead tissue and is vulnerable to developing mold infact there are videos of spiders that have had pieces of old molt stuck onto them after the process and later on developing mold. Liquid bandaid or crazy glue does as good job as anything.
