Hey everyone ! So yh total newb here haha I'm sure you have probably gotten sick of these kind of posts but please be kind
I just want to learn and grow! So iv taken the plunge and finally have a beautiful female juvenile Mexican red knee [ I'm still learning the scientific name ] she is arriving tomorrow. I have owned jumping spiders but never a T, I have researched the hell out of it and decided on this particular species due to how easy the husbandry , maintenence and the temperament seem to be. Plus I think there stunning
. I have her house set up but would love some feed back from.you guys who have been in this hobby a lot longer then me if possible. I have attached a few pictures, I hope they are OK. I have used coco fiber substrate wich I have filled just over half way of the enclosure incase she climbs up and takes a tumble. Some cork bark for her to hide and a clay hide on the other side half buried in the substrate and obvously a water bowl. And a fake soft plastic plant. Is this sufficient enough or is there anything I need to add or take out ? I just want her to be as happy as possible and I want to make sure I have every thing correct for her
. Thanks.for reading if you got this far!
Yours truly a very excited but a bit nervous newb
Oh and to add the ventilation holes are around the plastic lid and on each side of the enclosure .
