I'm going to be getting a centipede, not sure as to which kind yet, but I'm looking to build a clean up crew and establish them in a terrarium before introducing said centipede into its new home. I have currently have springtails and isopods but recently learned isopods shouldn't be kept with the peeds due to them munching on them as they molt. I have some very small millipedes that i thought might be good, but I just don't know.

I thought that's why they're clean up crews. Because they eat waste, not animals.

Millipedes are not a good clean up crew- they produce a lot of poop and centipedes will eat them or at least attack!
