why are my indian stick insects not molting / molting slow

i keep the humidity good and keep them on room temp, but in around 2 months they have not molted, they are around 4/5 cm and are not laying eggs

Why are they not molting, someone is waiting for the eggs so i want them to become adult

room temp is rn is 18-20 but outside rn its 2 but it can get 30 outside (CELSIUS)

I have the same problem but one of them has moulted 3 times and the remaining two have not. What do I do???

Me too. Late to the game but I have 8 black beauties. 7 are growing normally but one is still the same size as when it hatched 4 months later.
