They made it!

My plan to keep them in the shipping vials was foiled. Here's why:

They aren't even big enough for the slings to stand with their legs stretched. I'm not sure how he got them in there at all, haha.

So, I'm going to have to keep them in the ziplock things I made while I look for something better. However, they are bigger than I thought they would be, and I think those airholes will probably be just fine:

P. irminia:

P. metallica:

I'll be heading over to "The Container Store" later today to see if they have something appropriate.

Thankfully, unpacking was rather uneventful. I had a large tupperware bin where I was doing it, and even though they both bolted, they couldn't climb the sides. Getting them to actually stay in the enclosure after I put them in there was the hard part. Once they started running, it was .0001 seconds before they were to the other side of the thing and out in the big tupperware again.

They are so cute!

Awesome! I got all my pokies today from Paul Becker...how he gets them in there I'll never know, but he does a fabulous job! Some of the best packing I've ever seen. Very nice T's.

Those look fine I wouldn't stress over another enclosure.

I got offered a freebie, but turned it down. The P. metallica was advertised as 1", which is about what it looks like. The both look to be about the same size.
