Who is this little monster?

My wife just caught this guy on our kitchen table. It jumps and makes some strange robotic movements. Any ideas who it might be?

Hah! Look at it chow down on that (comparatively) giant cricket. So cute. No idea what it is though.

The cricket is almost the size of its body! It pounced on it from the top of the deli container.
