Who is this guy?

A friend posted this pic and no one can work out what type of spider he is but i think he is one of the 6 false widow species but whether he is or not i need a definitive id on the little fella please

I don't think you will get an ID from that photo. Blurry and distant. Need a better shot.

Probably either mimetidae or theridion

Theridiidae... I'm guessing towards a Enoplognatha sp.
