Who’s this fella? (Beetle ID)

Hi everyone, I found this beautiful, seemingly flightless beetle under a rock in London, UK. Any ideas about what it might be?

There’s an app for identifying flora and fauna called INaturalist. You just take upload a picture and the app along with other people give suggestions on what it is. it’s pretty cool I like it anyways.
