I noticed something white on the mouth of my A. purpurea. Sorry, can't get a better pic. I think it could be poop? 20161015_213634.jpg Its the white stripe under her fangs.

Has it eaten under your care?
Has it molted under your care?
To your knowledge, did it ever not have that spot?

Just looks like dried poop to me. My A. avic has this happen every so often as well, but he always cleans it off.

It has not molted in my care, i have it for 4 weeks now. The white stuff wasn't there a few days ago. It's eating a cricket as we speak.

Then I wouldn't worry. That white spot may go away when it grooms after finishing the meal.

If it stops eating, then start worrying. Cause it's probably poop if it's still eating.
