Sonoran Whipspider meaning Paraphrynus carolynae? If so, the answer is no.
Phrynidae can not climb smooth services as they only possess tarsal claws.

Can anyone recommend plants i can keep with my whipspider also will they eat aphids?

Most species are too big to eat aphids. And I'd recommend no plants. If you want enrichment for the animals, you can do so in the form of different climbing surfaces.
Whip spiders will freely autonomize limbs. If they get one stuck on a plant, bye bye
Could also lend a hiding spot for prey that comes out when the animal molts, leading to disaster.
