I am wondering of these two beauties is the more hardier of the two.
Megaphobema mesomelas
Megaphobema robustum

Depending on temp, humidity, and anything else that applies to these two.
Found some pretty vague information on these two in various books.

Both are humidity, temperature, and etc... sensitive species. The hardiest of the two would be Megaphobema robustum. Megaphobema mesomelas are rarer too.

out of the 2, robustum is the hardier...the mesomelas is very temp and humidity sensitive...anything over 80* usually has bad results.... though i think it gets easier when they get older or over 4"s but still have to be watched closely...my robustum is alittle more forgiving

Both species should be kept on the cool side (70-75F). IME both are hardy as long as they are kept cool and moist. It also is good to provide deep substrate for burrowing.
I wouldnt recommend keeping in kritter keepers. Put them in a plastic box with holes drilled along the sides. That will help keep them humid
