If you’re in the USA, there’s no way without a permit. If you do have a permit/are not in the US, antkeeingdepot would be a good place to look

Formiculture might be a good to check as well, but I agree that Paraponera are rare to find for sale.

Formiculture.com consists mostly of non-permitted American enthusiasts. Sites like eusozial.de might offer more opportunities as European enthusiasts are able to keep more exotic ants.
