I got two 1/4 inchers around the end of October. I'm not sure how big they are now, they little buggers are too fast to get any kind of accurate measurement. Maybe about 3/4 inches.
Anyway, they have some color to them now. They look like a deep orange or light red but if you've ever had young slings you've seen how they can be kind of transparent in places, they still have some of that going on. No sign of the pattern on the abdomen yet though.
