I stick with Eco Earth for all my NW terrestrials.

I used to have hermit crabs and I still have some of their sand plus coco fiber substrate. I use that, with a layer of pure coco fiber on top.

Regular eco earth for most of my tarantulas. Jungle mix for my t stirmi and avics. It holds moisture really well without molding.

Coco fiber as of now going to try a Coco fiber peat mix soon to see how it goes

coco fiber and for the species that need extra humidity I use a mix of coco fiber/sphagnum moss

My Ts rest their 8 legs on hand-spun Egyptian thread, made from cotton collected by the hands of virgins, interwoven with 24karat Italian yellow gold.

Eco earth but I've just ordered a big bag of Irish moss peat. I'll be giving that a go in future.
