3 days ago, it molted, and I saw something strange on him...

Yeah, looks like a "wet molt" or some other molt complication. It also looks a bit dehydrated, it's hard to tell why the abdomen is wrinkly. All you can really do, in my opinion is keep it hydrated, feed it when ready and hope for the best. She may molt out of this next time around.

Some people may suggest ICU or dramatically raising humidity. I'm not certain that would be best because of a potential risk of fungal/bacterial infection on the wound site.
