Why are some of you guys hating on creating hybrids? Some of the best things in life come from selective breeding, such as maize and its products we find in almost every food item. Don't you guys want to saturate the gene pool with massive variation, wouldn't that eventually lead to new species being created like Darwin outlined in his book Origin of Species. Maybe the hybrid will take on all of the good traits from their parents while leaving the bad ones behind. Doesn't crossbreeding happen in nature as well, why do you guys want pedigrees for your pets? Wouldn't you prefer a unique T opposed to an oldschool one. What problems arise from people creating hybrids, besides making it harder to ID a T.
