Of getting an adult or sub adult male Phidipus regius to the uk and how much would i be looking at include postage and shipping and all?

Lol, uh, chances are low.
To properly navigate the labyrinthine process of obtaining the proper permits, etc (both here and there) you would probably be looking at thousands of dollars. I'm sure there are people here who can tell you more specifically what would be involved but I'm pretty sure it would be prohibitively expensive and time consuming for an individual. It may be a different story for a vendor because there can bea profit on say, 100 specimens. One or two will probably not be feasible unless you've got beacoup $$$ to burn.
