What to use..

I live in an area where water gel is not readily available. Among the 3, what is the best water source that wouldn't drown my roach nymphs.

Roaches dont really need a water source if you give them fruits/ veggies and mist them occasionally. I just dump a bottle of water in the tub every couple weeks.

i give an extremely shallow water dish to mine but i also just pour water into my tub. But not too much or else you will drown your colony!
