what to feed some almost microscopic pedes?

I've collected a couple pedes about 1/4 of an inch. I do not know what species they are although my guess is that they are polymorpha's. What types of feeders do you recommend for such a small pede? I see they are eating, they look gut loaded for sure!

Try to get your hands on some springtails, should work.

Does anyone know if pre-killed crickets would work for little guys like that?

Centipedes will accept pre-killed food (at least that's been my experience with the few varieties I've kept) so you can offer small squashed crickets. The tiny centipedes should be able to extract what they need - just be sure to remove the leftovers before they rot.

putting some good compost in their home will provide, hopefully, tiny creatures to eat. they can eat remarkably tiny "bugs"!
