What subspecies of black widow is this?

I found this Black Widow in Early 2010 and snapped a few photos. It was found in Texas. Any idea what subspecies it is?

appears to be an adult female hesperus that either just dropped a fresh sac, or is severely dehydrated/emaciated.

She's pretty. She does look like she's layed a sac.
