What species of tiger bertle is this anf what is wrong with it's hind legs?

Hey everyone
Iwas walking over a concrete path when i found this little thing. I don't know what's wrong with his/her legs, could anyone tell me?

I don't think this is a tiger beetle but it could have had a bad enclose or could have gotten hurt.

Well, i think it got knocked around by a bird earlier. But in has very big jaws, i took it on my arm and it started biting me with quite some force.

It's a Carabid, but 100% not a tiger beetle. Looks kinda like Harpalus or Pterostichus to me, but I'm not familiar with the European fauna, so it could be something else...
