I'd like to see the eyes, but it looks more like a male nursery web spider (Pisauridae) to me. In India, a Nilus species or Perenethis species is a good candidate.

Compare to this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nilus_albocinctus#/media/File:Fishing_Spider.JPG or this: https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/36513011

With Pisauridae, the dorsal stripe tends to be broader and is usually bordered in white. The white lines making the border are frequently slightly irregular or wavy if you look closely at them. On the carapace, the dark stripe is solid and uniformly colored behind the eyes.

With Tibellus, the dorsal stripe is usually narrower and lacks the white border - and on the carapace the stripe splits and makes a very narrow "V" behind the eyes that is lighter colored in the middle like this: https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/47869-Tibellus

Pisauridae is my next guess. Looking at the eyes, I’d say it matches more.
