What species is this?

My husband found this little guy in our living room.

Anyway, this little dude is about 2in.

Sort of off topic- I compulsively check on my tarantulas when I see a random spider around the apartment, just to be sure everybuggy is accounted for. Does anyone else do this?

looks like a Tigrosa helluo, to be more specific. and that would fit, as my friends just found one in their house two days ago (also in illinois) - they caught it for me, so now i have a new pet.
