what Nephila species?

As Alex advised me, here's a question on the exact name of my Nephila. I've found a picture of the spider, but the scientific name was not mentioned. It is the first picture on the page (the one with the text: photo: martin huber)

Nephila clavipes

Hey Arachnojoost, that is the species Nephila clavipes, commonly known as the North American gold orb-web or silk spider. They are the largest web-construsting spider in the USA and can be common in the South. Very cool species indeed

This species does have colour differences in the abdomen and leg coloration from individual to individual (or ssp. of clavipes??), so I found it hard to find the correct name for her. The picture I mentioned in the first post is a spitting image of mine.
