What kind of spider is this? Tegenaria domestica? Eratigena atrica? Something else?

Hi guys,

I found this spider in the basement (here in Germany).
Can anybody tell me what kind of spider it is? And if it's a female or a male?
It is still kind of small (compared to what I looked up), maybe it's a young spider.
I'll attach some macro photos...
