What kind of centipede is this?

I know that it's a common one, but I don't know what exactly it is. Is it a house centipede? I can't tell, since it doesn't have the characteristic long legs.

Hey!

Really,really bad quality....
For me it looks like a Lithophobius Spec. but dont for sureabout these bad pictures and videos.

It was filmed with a Polaroid camcorder, with no HD SD card. At least my cell phone's camera quality is better.
