What ist this thing?

Hello,
While looking in the enclosure of my Heterometrus petersii I found some sort of larvae or sack.

I removed it carefully but would like to know what it is and how it got in there.
I fed her a dubia roach yesterday, so maybe it has something to do with that but I am not sure.

Should I therefore just put the ootheca back with my other roaches or is the sack doomed?
