What is this?

I found these in a water dish Sat mourning. They are about .5mm in length. Same size as bed bug eggs. I changed the water dish and substrate. This mourning there were a few more. I think there some sort of gnat egg maybe. Any help would be great.

Lol. That what I originally thought , I spoke with an entomologist and they started the Ideal of eggs of some sort. Thanks peeps!

Hi everyone, i found this in my Grammostola pulchripes cage on the plastic lid she spends most of her day on. My camera doesn't take nice pictures. But can i confirm this is T-Poop, its in a brown liquid.
