They vary a LOT. And yours is probably a Dehaani, just saying. It is dark-bodied, with yellow legs?

Yours, and the one in that image, are both Dehaani. While big specimens of that species can get to 30cm, that image is a confirmed hoax (forced perspective).

Can't see the image for some reason, but I presume yours is a Dehaani, as it is by far the most commonly kept pede overseas (bear in mind, I'm in Australia).

I would assume so as well, At least thats what Im going to to put it as given the store I got it from went by common name only lol.

What? I'm talking about his pede, not the Hawaiian one. That's a subspinipes. His is a dehaani.

I believe the ones in Hawaii are not native but came over in cargo shipments.

Oh yeah sorry I had clicked the wrong link. The first one is the true subspinipes, and the second one is dehaani :)

Dehaani lack spines on the underside of the terminals. Plus they usually get a little larger.
