What is this kind of wolf-spider?

Hello, dear forum users!
I live in the middle zone of Russia. Tambov Region.

Yesterday I found in my room a spider (photo attached).
Its size is not more than 3 centimeters with limbs, perhaps not more than 2 centimeters with limbs. Could you tell what kind of spider it is, and is it dangerous for pets and people, and to what extent does it grow?

A wolf spider (Lycosidae) of some kind.

No species of wolf spider is dangerous to people. I wouldn't expect it to pose a serious risk to a dog or cat either.
