I don't know about the most venomous, or the most spiderlings. But I can tell you my little A. versicolor loves jumping. And I guess the L. parahybana has the most spiderlings...

I would say the Poecilotheria genus has some of the hottest venom (anecdotal of course), also the genus Stromatopelma may as well.
As for jumping, I'd give the nod to S calceatum, since I've heard they will actually glide out of a tree similiar to a flying squirrel.
I think the L parahybana is known for having upwards of 1200 in an eggsac, but then again Joy's E campestratus had almost a thousand if I remember right!
