What would you keep an arboreal sling around the size of 1.5 inches in? Would a plastic jar with holes poked in the top work? Suggestions please.

yeah man, anything would work really... ideally somethin tall as arboreal ts need height more than floor space, however at that small most (at least ones i own) will be "opportunistic burrowers" . just make sure the holes you put in for ventilation are smaller than the head ( carapiece) as they could escape . what type of tarantula you got? that would probably get a fool proof answer, as i only have p. regalis, and there are TONS of arboreal ts{D{D

A very common thing used is pill jars or deli cups, they are cheap and you can get them almost anywhere. You can basically use anything as long as you have ventilation and have cleaned the enclosure out.

For that size, I use the taller deli containers.
I have also used Plastic snack containers I got from the dollar store.

Personally I punch holes around the side of the deli cup/container , about 3/4 " from the top, rather than in the actual top. My logic is that any vapour will evaporate out of the top too quickly??!!
