so i'm getting a spider soon and i was wondering what would be some good plants for it? I'm getting an arboreal tarantula: heteroscodra maculata or togo starburst baboon. the terrarium is 13"x13"x22" (lxwxh) and most of the ground space will be taken up with the hide, climb, water bowl, and 1 small deco + space for the spider to move around so preferably a smaller plant or one that i can get as a seed and wont harm the spider

no pictures because the terrarium is still in building and buying stages

Plants give no benefit to the tarantula , so there is no preferred or "good plants" because most of them do the opposite.

Also , hoping the same as mentioned by viper.

You might try some Tillandsia. They don't have roots really, so they won't be harmed if you spider decides to throw it around.

hope that’s not your first tarantula!!
Clearly the case. Because if any research had been done prior to this first spider they would know plants are unnecessary.
Can't you just wait for that first rehouse with plants getting in the way and complicating things, with an H. mac no less?
