Weird White Goo at mouth?

My Pink Toed has this white goo at its mouth. They just molted last week they seem fine I was going to try and feed them and see if they want to eat but I wasn’t sure if I should. They did just eat through their web tunnel they made next to them so I thought that might be it really not sure. Any ideas of what this might be? Picture attached
