i found some strange green stuff on the underside of some wood, any idea if this is safe to put back in an enclosure? C7EDA877-861E-46A4-BC18-BE151E61749D.jpeg

That's mold. There are a few options, the easiest is probably to rinse it off then put it in the oven at low heat for a while

non-issue generally speaking. I normally scrape mold off outside. Spores are everywhere, it takes very little to get fungi growing in this context.

Slightly damp cotton buds are good for removing mold. If you don't have some, springtails are great for cleaning up/maintaining your enclosure and help clean up mold, fungi, or extra prey that died.

Cladosporium, Aspergillus or Penicillium. The first is no big and the third, think cheese and bread. Soft ripened cheeses often use penecillium. Aspergillus is the bad news bear. Some species produce both a toxin and a carcinogen. If you want 100% assurance of die off of both mycellium and spores, immerse the material in vinegar, bring to near boiling then let cool. This will also annihilate just about all other microorganisms as well.
