Many times I have had to force reload because of getting a "website not responding" notification. This happens when I am trying to respond to a thread, make a new thread, and type words within the reply box. Sometimes the process of changing pages freezes. Sometimes when scrolling the screen freezes. At other times the page does not completely propagate. Today I posted several messages as in earlier days and my numbers have not reflected my activity. These issues happen regularly.

As for your post count issue, not all sections count towards your post count total. From what we can see, your current total accurately reflects your actual total.
With regards to your other issue, we can not rule out computer issues just yet. Have you tried other devices and/or browsers and experienced the same issues? Do these issues happen on any specific days/times?

In order to determine where the network or web site latency problem is, please run Traceroute. For example, https://dnschecker.org/online-traceroute.php
Cut and paste the report window. Note the following report is from the dnschecker server and only shows latency from them to AB. In the following case AB has a clean bill of health. You need to run traceroute from your device to see where the latency is between you and AB. The traceroute program is common and available for download for just about any platform. Many operating systems already have it installed.
