All I can say is: I'm glad you live in Liverpool, away from me, but it certainly looks to be Phoneutria.
If you never find it I can't imagine anyone's going to look for change down the back of the sofa in your house.

Lol, its not me, its someone elses thread, just posted it here to see if it can be better ID'd.

Whenever im at the supermarket i always look for stowaways in the fruit and veg but i never find anything :(

While im not entirely sure on her ID, i do agree with her on this one possibly not being a Phoneutria. Personally i'd say that's definitely not one. Could be a Pisauridae.

widows are my area, but I gota say not Phoneutria either....I didn't think any species in that genus had banding on top of the legs, just underneath...I could be wrong though...
