Vinegaroon Size Inquiry

Hey guys, I was wondering what the average size for sexual maturity was for M. giganteus(vinegaroon). Can you please tell me? Thanks, as I have a 2 in. legspan male, a 3 in. legspan female and a 3.5 in. legspan female, and I wanted them to breed somehow.

From what I have heard (I literally just got my 2.5inch juvie or so) average adult size is between 4 and 5 inches.
