Versicolor posing

Here's a couple of pics of my A.versicolor. Thought I'd jump on a picture since most of the time she stays in her web on the upper side of her cage.

My jealousy fills the air. That is one pretty tarantula, and a nice pic too.:)

I have to learn to not look at all these Versicolor pics.
I "STILL" want one soooo bad.
But, I'm going to wait till I can buy a sub-adult female.
Every where I look they cost at least $150.00.:(

Slings are how much, $25.00? To get a female, I'd have to buy, how many, 5 ? 5 cage setups. I hear what your saying, but I'm to the point where I think its cheaper in the long run to buy a female, than to hope for a sling to grow into one. IMO.. ;)

yeah, maybe you're right but you'll miss out the fun see them grow and a versicolor sling is colorful.

Nice coloration...I can hope that my new 1 1/4 A.versicolor looks that nice when it grows. How big is yours anyway? Its difficult to tell from the pic.
