Candle em!!
I used to candle my gecko eggs. I would get a paper and roll it into a tube, about the same size round as the egg so I could put the end of the egg into it and then shine a flashlight through the tube. If they are fertile they will have a red circle on oneside..top, side..usually. It looks like a halo. Sort of a dot then a red halo around it. Possibly some veins spread around the egg as well. The fertile eggs also feel pretty firm and springy, kinda like a hard boiled egg...
Some infertile eggs will have the veins, but Ive never seen them with the distict red halo dot thing. Check every day or so with the candling if you don see any change in the red patterns its probably not fertile.. I make no sense... sorry.
