V. spinigerus setup...

Hey everyone,

I'm going to ordering five V. spinigerus pretty soon... and I was wondering if all five would fit comfortably in a medium sized "kritter keeper"? I know that they're communal, so would it be fine if I offered enough hides for all of them?

i had 6 in a 10 gallon tank with hides, and they STILL ate each other (well, at least 1 evil girl ate several).

a medium KK seems way too small.

the educated consensus seems to be that Vaejovids aren't so much communal as more tolerant to each other than other scorpions in general.

i would say 1.1 or maybe 1.2 could be doable in a large cage... but you still are possibly going to have losses. oh, and certes... some ppl keep many together for extended periods of time with no losses... so *shrug*

should be fine...if the specimens are all around the same size and are well fed you should have no problem...
